Amod Inamdar
Amod brings with him experience and insights from the digital marketing domain. An exponent of the digital landscape since its early days (2002 onward) to AI (2022), he has seen and helped numerous businesses harness the power of digital to grow into strong online brand positioning. At GaavKhoj, he looks after overall digital marketing ideation and strategy creation.

Anuja Mandore
As its current Strategic Advisor, Anuja’s most recent professional pursuits include being a Senior Leader within Amazon Operations, UK overseeing fulfilment operations and driving product requirements to achieve scale across different organizations. She has also served on the boards of Amazon UK Women in Operations and Amazon Women in Supply Chain groups. Passionate about women empowerment and enablement, GaavKhoj was born from her motivation to bring digital literacy and entrepreneurship to rural women in India. She has also been supporting female founders in the UK launch businesses through coaching activities. Passionate about startups, Anuja has worked closely with Tech Startups in both San Francisco and India, including launching her own Operations Mobile App (“WE”) in the wedding space in 2014. She continues to consult for different startups in the UK and India. Alongside an MBA from London Business School, Anuja also holds a Master’s in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Anshum Mandore
With a Masters in Business from the Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD in Pune, Anshum has had 7 years of multi-national Marketing experience in FMCG, Retail and Services before launching his own Photography & Film-Making company, a startup born from passion. His keen visual and written communication skills in combination with his marketing background complement the rest of the Gaavkhoj team perfectly with regard to the content creation aspects of our activities
Arindam Chakraborty
Mr. Arindam Chakrabarti, partner of GaavKhoj, is a seasoned analytics software professional with 23 years of experience, in various organizations like TCS, Honeywell, SAS Institute, Infosys R&D and Bank Of NewYork Mellon Technology. He headed the Analytics & Machine Learning vertical in various organisations.
Arindam is an engineering graduate from Jadavpur University, India and a management post graduate from INSEAD, France. He is a true innovator by heart, with multiple patents and publications, initiated multiple new products in last 10 years. Arindam is an expert in Business Analytics, statistical modeling, Machine Learning algorithms, designing the whole analytics product including modeling and the visualization.
